Advance Scheduling Required
For coordination purposes all chapel use must be arranged by checking availability within the attached calendar link and adding your event reservation info. NEED CALENDAR EMBED CODE -
Assume Responsibility
The event coordinator assumes all responsibility and shall open and close premises as they found it. -
Service Coordination
Families are responsible for organizing all of their own event details -
Clean-Up & Restoration
The chapel should be left in the same respectful condition following use -

Lockbox combination with rotating number, access given upon request via contacts listed.
